**Pipeline**: Track potential customers interested in buying.
- **Referencing**: Take reference from existing customer
- **Activities**: Brainstorm ways to reach new people who might need your product.
- Cold calling, networking events, social media outreach are all examples.
- **Quantity**: Set a goal for the number of new contacts you'll make each week/month.
- **Presentations**: Practice your pitch to clearly explain how your product benefits them.
**Keep Existing Customers Happy**
- **Communication**: Regularly check in with existing customers to ensure they're satisfied.
- **Service**: Address any problems they might have and provide excellent after-sales service.
- **Upselling**: Look for opportunities to sell them additional products/services that complement their existing purchases.
**5. Stay on Top of Your Game**:
- **Reporting**: Track your progress towards your targets and identify areas for improvement.
- **Updated**: stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.
