We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media and Content Creator to lead the ideation, creation, and execution of compelling content across social media platforms. This role involves crafting high-quality content, driving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency while staying ahead of trends in the ever-evolving digital space.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop creative, engaging, and on-brand content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia.

Social Media Strategy
- Design and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and grow social media accounts by increasing follower engagement and reach.

Trend Spotting and Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in social media marketing.
Integrate trends into content strategies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a strong online community and increase brand loyalty.

Performance Tracking
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Optimize content strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and client teams to align social media content with overarching campaigns.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on content creation best practices.

Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation. Proven track record of creating viral and engaging social media content. Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc). Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent). Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and headlines. Excellent understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Experience in video content creation and editing is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
