**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to promote Amazon-related services.
- Introduce and explain products or services to customers over the phone
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly for closures.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and maintaining sales records.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (preferably e-commerce services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon seller processes and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
