- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- To ensure proper planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
- Prepare material requisition for routine dispensing of batches.
- Ensure online completion of documentation such as equipment usage and cleaning log, environmental monitoring records, calibration records as per cGMP requirement
- Knowledge of preparing SOPS
- Knowledge of BMR & BPR preparation
- Supervision of all manufacturing operations in Production and packing section
- To monitor implementation of safety practices
- Ensuring cleanliness of Equipment before batch charging.
