**1. Inventory & Stock Management**
- Maintain updated records of all inward and outward stock entries across departments.
- Ensure proper tagging and labeling of assets and consumables.
- Coordinate with departments for requisition and timely issuance of materials.
- Conduct regular physical verification and reconcile with inventory records.
**2. Stock Room Oversight**
- Organize and manage the central stock room/store to ensure cleanliness, security, and accessibility.
- Ensure systematic storage of supplies, teaching materials, stationery, uniforms, equipment, and hospitality consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and alert concerned authorities for replenishment.
**3. File & Register Movement**
- Track the physical movement of departmental registers, stock books, and administrative files.
- Ensure proper handover and receipt entries for document tracking and accountability.
- Facilitate document storage and archival in compliance with institutional policies.
**4. Inventory Audit Support**
- Assist in periodic and surprise inventory audits in coordination with the audit team.
- Prepare reports on discrepancies, damage, or misuse of stock items.
- Recommend process improvements for stock monitoring and control.
**5. Coordination & Reporting**
- Liaise with Purchase, Accounts, and Academic Departments for procurement, billing, and usage reports.
- Submit monthly stock status reports to the Director - Administration.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs related to inventory control and documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
