Required a ‘Strategic Assistant' for the CEO for a reputed Company. He is the CEO's eyes, ears and problem-solver across the business.
Job Description;
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external Staffs & clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Preparing communications on behalf of a CEO.
Qualifications;
- Any Graduation.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Relevant Field.
- Good Communication & Writing skills.
- Interpersonal & Time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ready to join immediately.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
