Data Entry Operator/computer Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
*Accurately enter and update data in various systems, software, or spreadsheets.
*Verify, correct, and maintain data integrity and completeness.
*Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards as required by management.
*Maintain proper filing systems and ensure data security protocols are followed.
*Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify required data.
*Perform regular data backups and ensure compliance with company standards.
*Respond to data-related queries and provide support to the team.
*Assist in digitizing paper documents and creating organized digital records.
**Qualifications**:
*Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: B.A B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, etc.).
*1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar clerical roles preferred (Freshers with good skills can also apply).
*Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage).
*Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
*Familiarity with data entry tools, database management, and office equipment.
*Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
*Strong attention to detail and time management skills
