Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Engagement**: Visit potential clients to present our product range and demonstrate our door-to-door installation services.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads from the store into sales by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the home decor or related industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- **Education**: High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
- **Personal Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Other**: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
