**Job Requirements**

**Job Description**:

- 1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily international purchase and export operations of
the company.
2. Manage and plan purchasing activities to maintain appropriate inventory levels of products to
prevent stock-outs or excess stocks.
3. Prepare and process all necessary import-export documentations to execute shipments including
but not limited to purchase orders, export invoices, packing lists, documents for customs clearance,
import export declarations, transportation E-Waybills.
4. Create relevant documents and inputs in SAP and CRM for all the shipments.
5. Liaise with suppliers to identify the delivery lead times for the materials, determine the most
appropriate mode of movement under various incoterms like FOB, EXW, DDP, DDU, CIF etc. and
schedule shipment movements.
6. Verify and approve checklists to ensure complete and accurate data in filing of shipping bills and bill
of entries.7. Meet the customs officers and assist customs house agent in the clearance in cases where disputes
arise regarding the HSN codes of the products imported or exported.
8. Should have advance skills in Excel.Any other Specific Requirements
