
Travel Desk Executive

Coordinating with branches for Outstation Delivery and arranging domestic travel (Bus/Train),
accommodations, transportation and other Requirement.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Provide real-time support to travellers during trips, addressing any issues or changes that may
arise.
- Maintain and update travel databases and records for reporting and reimbursement/Accounting
purposes.
- Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and terms.
- Prepare and communicate detailed travel itineraries to travellers.
- Assist with expense reporting and travel-related reimbursements.
- Stay updated on travel restrictions, health advisories, and other relevant travel-related information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Travel Assistant, Travel Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle last-minute changes and emergencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a corporate travel environment or travel agency (preferred).
- Knowledge of travel regulations and policies is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
