Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate and timely **data entry** into company databases and CRM systems.
- Make **outbound and inbound calls** to clients/customers for information verification, follow-ups, or coordination.
- Maintain and update customer information, records, and reports.
- Support daily backend operations and assist in administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data flow and task completion.
- Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in backend, telecalling, or data entry role.
- **Good typing speed** (minimum 35-40 wpm preferred).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets**.
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**.
- Ability to multitask and manage work under mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
