**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including coordinating meeting rooms and resources.
- Handle mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Assist with other office tasks and projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
