**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the reception area, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
- Manage scheduling for meetings and conference rooms.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support marketing efforts, including preparing promotional materials and maintaining social media presence.
- Perform additional duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
