cost Analysis and Control:Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of potential savings and cost optimization.
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for improvement.

Billing and Invoicing:Prepare accurate bills and invoices for products/services provided by the organization.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients/customers.
Maintain records of billing transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.

Accounts Management:Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
Generate regular financial reports to provide insights on the financial health of the organization.
Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Compliance and Audit:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for auditing purposes.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Assist in training and mentoring junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
