**Role Overview**:
**What you have to do**:

- Translate design prototypes and wireframes into high-quality code, focusing on responsiveness and user experience.
- Work with backend teams to ensure seamless integration with APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to align development with business goals and user needs.
- Implement and maintain best practices for frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Guide junior engineers (PDE I/II) in frontend development techniques, promoting skill growth and technical excellence.

**Work Experience
***What you've done**:

- 8+ years of software development experience focusing on frontend development.
- Experience in integrating frontend systems with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving frontend architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure).
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
