**IS Application Architect - SAP SD RTS**:

You will be working as IS Application Architect, reporting to IS Service Manager for Electrification Business Area based in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for contributing technical and business process/data expertise to support ongoing operations and/or develop new software.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist in resolving major incidents and critical situations, providing input and expertise to solutions when there is a major impact on Information Systems solutions/services.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in relevant area of responsibility of SD/OTC, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or projects.
- Provide guidance or support to Vendor teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams, communicate with stakeholders and IS Service Manager.
- Responsible for vendor management of the SAP ERP Operations SD function team including vendor resource alignment.
- Analyze and maintain working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the operations area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions. Remediate critical batch jobs failures, IDOC errors reduction, performance issues.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 Years IT experience with SAP SD and strong problem-solving skills functional expertise in ERP implementations is required.
- Experience in the driving Operational Excellence activates including 24x7 business operations support(L2/3/4), P0/P1 incidents, Compliance, Service Now, SLA, Change Management for SD function.
- Extensive experience in configuring order management, pricing, availability checking, partner determination, output determination, copy control and contracts, SAP Vistex Configuration, knowledge of ABAP preferred including familiar with BAPIs, IDOCs and integration to middleware’s.
- Solid understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure-To-Pay (PTP) processes, SD/MM pricing configuration/routines, and FICO integration.
- Exposure of Knowledge of programming and design techniques, including structured and object-oriented programming including BADIs/User Exits etc.
