**Role Overview**

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to support our factory operations by ensuring uninterrupted electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery, power systems, and plant equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform regular maintenance of electrical panels, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in production lines and plant equipment.
- Ensure proper installation of new machines and electrical systems.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and keep accurate maintenance logs.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operation.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing / factory environment (preferably building material or industrial production).
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, industrial panels, motors, and PLC basics.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Awareness of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
