**About the team**:

**What you will be doing**:
- Understand business requirements; Understand use cases, develop test cases.
- Develops, maintains, and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
- Understanding of concepts of different types of testing
- Good knowledge on developing tests and analyzing test data and results.
- Good exposure to test management and should be able to maintain metrics.
- Correlate business scenarios with test cases
- Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
- Controls and manages own daily test activities.
- Provides internal quality assurance.
- Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
- Organizes and maintains the test script library.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
**What you bring**:
- Overall 7-15 years of Performance Testing experience.
- Good understanding of concepts of different types of testing and Software Testing Lifecycles.
- Expert in performance testing & engineering concepts
- Should be able to independently handle engineering analysis, and also co-ordinate with various development and infrastructure teams until issue resolution
- Should have hands-on experience on heap and thread dump analysis and isolating root cause
- Experience on creating performance test plan and strategy with excellent requirement gathering abilities.
- Experience in load test, soak test, fail-over test.
- Experience on Performance tools like Apache Jmeter tool, NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
- Should have knowledge on test monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, Splunk etc
- Analysis & Monitoring using Dynatrace OneAgent.
- Experience on Automation tools like Selenium, Appium.
- Experience with JIRA or Rally for Defect management.
**Added Bonus, if you have**:
- Good to have ISO8583 & EMV card testing, and exposure to tools like FINSIM, Paysim.
- Domain Knowledge in Core banking and Payments.
- Experience of working on technology like Java,.Net, C++, Oracle, NoSQL DB, MS SQL, micro services-based architecture etc.
- Experience on tools like Quality center, Test-Link, JIRA, SQL, Web-Services, Postman etc.
- Experience on any free open-source monitoring tools is good to have.
- Experience of working on Azure/AWS Cloud and Bit Bucket(Git)
