- As a Business Data Associate within our Business Excellence team, your work will play a crucial role in enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across the IDPC business. By delivering accurate and timely insights, you’ll help optimize supply chain and customer service operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our organization. Your behind-the-scenes support will empower teams to act with clarity and confidence.**What You’ll Be Doing**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Conduct data validation and ensure consistency across datasets.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare concise summaries for stakeholders.**Insight Generation**
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support decision-making processes in supply chain and customer service functions.
- Convert analytical findings into actionable recommendations.**Collaboration & Learning**
- Partner with Business Excellence colleagues to understand business needs.
- Learn best practices in data visualization and process analysis.
- Gradually take on more complex tasks as your skills and confidence grow.

**What We're Looking For**Technical Skills**
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance.
- Solid analytical and numerical capabilities.**Preferred Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of supply chain and customer service operations.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles.
- Interest in business analytics and process improvement.**Personal Attributes**
