Job description
- Take complete ownership of the assigned state for the Agent Network.
- Lead the creation and expansion of the Agent Network from the ground up.
- Liaise effectively with Regional Business Offices (RBO) & Head Offices (HO).
- Coordinate with local bank vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and regulations for the Agent Network.
- Promote and brand the company’s products effectively within the network.
- Maintain regular communication with both Regional and Head Offices.
- Explore and implement new strategies to expand the Agent Network.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work toward achieving Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong written communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/post-graduate in any stream.

**Work Experience**:

- 4-5 years of total experience, with 3-4 years in a Banking Correspondence Network preferred.
- Prior experience in field operations is a key requirement.
- Knowledge of local language and geography is essential.
