As a Web Optimization Intern, you will be responsible for improving the technical SEO, page speed, and overall performance of our website. You will work independently to identify issues, implement solutions, and ensure our site is optimized for both users and search engines.

**Salary Incentive**

Rs.5000 per month + PPO
- Pre-Placement Offer after 3 months internship (depends on performance).
- Experience Letter.

Location: Gurgaon/Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of the current website to identify areas of improvement for speed and performance.
- Optimize website code, including HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, to improve loading times and overall performance.
- Implement best practices for technical SEO, including improving site structure, fixing broken links, optimizing metadata, and ensuring mobile friendliness.
- Utilize tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Lighthouse to monitor and improve site performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website optimization does not compromise functionality or user experience.
- Perform regular audits and updates to maintain optimal website performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web optimization and SEO.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in web development or optimization projects.
- Knowledge of server-side optimizations and database management.
- Familiarity with version control systems like bitbucket.
