**Role**:
**Responsibilities**

1. Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging and original social media content that aligns with our brand's tone and aesthetic.

2. Collaborate with the Content team to brainstorm ideas for new content that will drive engagement and follower growth.

3. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and techniques to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

4. Use social media management tools for scheduling, posting, and tracking engagement metrics.

5. Analyze content performance metrics and provide reports to the team, offering suggestions for improvements based on these findings.

6. Assist in the moderation of user comments and messages, ensuring a positive and interactive community environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and understanding of their specific characteristics and users.

3. Experience in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and a strong eye for visual composition.

4. Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to convey messages clearly and creatively.

5. Understanding of social media KPIs and ability to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.

6. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines.

7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

8. A passion for social media and a strong interest in staying ahead of digital trends.

**Duration**:this will be a 3 month internship, which can be extended or converted into a permanent role depending upon the performance of the intern.
