**Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in component validation of instrument clusters and infotainment systems. Exposure to QNX and Android platforms and testing of the different kinds of HMI systems advantageous.
- Responsible for complete end to end project management for the assigned project which
includes resource planning, test report delivery, risk management, counterpart/supplier interaction, trouble shooting
and tracking utilization of the team.
- Responsible for handling a mid sized team and their KPI's
- Manage procurement and inventory for the lab assets to ensure continuous and optimal utilization of hardware resources.
- Expert in Test strategy and test framework development. Explore new avenues to use latest technologies to decrease manual effort and increase efficiency of testing.
- Solution oriented approach to tackle complex testing use cases and to ensure the tests are as close to the actual vehicle environment.
- Mange Internal & External Stakeholders for meeting the team requirements.
- Be a key team player in achieving team, department & organizational objectives.
- Responsible for Continuous Process Improvement
- Identifying the Current and Future Competence Gaps.
