**About the team**:Campaigns - With 5 days working and rotational off.

**About the role**:Handling of all the operational Task of Campaigns, Reporting.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:

- To monitor & identify suspicious transactions. May also involve auditing data points from customer complaints to conclude investigation.
- Prepare case summary and act as per process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes if required.
- Responsible for resolving different kinds of customer queries raised by CST team/different internal teams.
- Good command over MS office (advance excel).
- Smart thinking and clear communication
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Be a brand ambassador for Paytm - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant
