**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication and Handling**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their home care needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Administration**:

- Maintain accurate client records, including care plans, schedules, and billing information.
- Coordinate schedules for home care providers and ensure adequate coverage for client needs.
- Process documentation related to client intake, assessments, and service agreements.
- **Operations**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services, including scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance.
- Monitor the performance of home care providers and address any performance issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Identify and pursue opportunities to promote home care services to potential clients and referral sources.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, community outreach events, and networking activities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the home care industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the home care industry.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
