**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, verify, and update data into computer systems and databases.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as required by management.
- Communicate with team members or clients to clarify data requirements.
- Adhere to data entry procedures and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
- Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily office-based, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work depending on company policy.
- Extended periods of typing and sitting may be required.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Prior experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo training on specialized software or systems.
