**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** with a strong portfolio and at least 3 **years of professional experience** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics across digital and print media that align with our brand and marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that support business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Interpret briefs and turn ideas into engaging visuals that meet project requirements and timelines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and deliver final files in proper formats for web and print use.
- Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with animation or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working in marketing, eCommerce, or a tech-driven environment.
