2D Designers - Job Description
- Study design briefs as shared by the Functional Head to understand client requirements and collect required inputs
- Ideate and demonstrate creativity individually
- Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colours, typography, animations, etc.)
- Work closely with Functional Head to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
- Clearly visualize and understand target audiences of the client and create materials that will appeal to them.
- Design and produce the deliverables that satisfy the needs of the client’s business.
- Keep creative elements under control in order to deliver them on brief, on time and on budget.
- Understand design goals for the client from the Functional Head
- Support Functional Head in communicating event’s décor to Vendor
- To support in vendor coordination for design understanding and recee visits for seamless delivery
- Collaboratively work with the production team to make the design plan a reality.
- Make sure designs satisfy client and corporate requirements, are within budget, and are delivered within deadline
- Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and attend event installations
- Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions related to the event.
- Maintain the save the design work in folders as per the SOP in the server
- To be available and open for comments and suggestions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Chennai - 600004, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
