**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make **outbound calls** to customers from provided leads/database.

Share information about ongoing offers, new collections, and events.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Record customer details and feedback in CRM systems.

Follow-up on leads and inquiries to generate footfalls and conversions.

Maintain daily call logs and reporting.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 12th pass; any degree preferred.

Good communication skills in **Tamil**and basic English.

Pleasant tone and customer handling ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry)

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
