Role Overview:
Cogoport is currently looking for an individual who has the mindset of an entrepreneur, understanding of the culture, with a passion for their work, to join our team. We are looking for data entry executives in the rate management team who would be responsible for collecting, entering and managing the rates data on our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Upload and manage the different types of rates on Cogoport platform as procured from the suppliers.
- Ensure data accuracy for uploaded rates, ensuring zero loss due to entry of incorrect rates.
- Follow SOPs for each service and maintain desk’s TAT for each allocated task.
- For Team Leads - Suggest and recommend changes needed in the product to optimize the rate management process.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum graduate/diploma in any stream.
- **Work Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics or any industry.
- **Must-Have Skills**:

- High attention to detail.
- Good level of proficiency with MS Excel.
- Ability to use advanced functions and be able to work with large excel files.
- **Things that make a difference**:

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams is good to have.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
