**Digital Marketing (Intern)**

This role is focused on our services. The job is to help grow and scale lead generation across all our service categories.

**Objectives**

This role’s primary objective is to generate leads. This lead generation has to be done keeping in mind Kubo’s overall brand, using the brand’s persona and voice.

**Core Aspects**

You need to know the basics of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads. [Priority is Google and LinkedIn]

You need to understand the basics of Cold Messaging on LinkedIn.

Your English has to be excellent.

You need to understand the basics of Data Analytics, along with maintenance and storing of data.

You need to understand Budgeting and calculation of RoI.

**Metrics for Analysis**

We will be measuring your ability to generate leads, and compensation will also be linked to this.

The focus with Google and LinkedIn Ads will be to:Create Innovative Campaigns
Maintain precise structure
Optimise, Optimise & Optimise
Maintain Documentation
Data Analysis, Reporting and Insights

Communication Skills

Cultural Fit with all the other members of the Company

Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Creating Solutions that are Unique

Ability to Contribute beyond your role

**Compensation**:
A fixed salary of **Rs. 12,500/-** will be given.

For every 20 leads that are generated, a **Rs. 25,000/-** bonus will be given. [Leads generated from paid channels do not apply]
