**Job Title: Dark Store Operator**

**Location: Bengaluru - HSR Layout**

**Your Wholesome Role**

As a Dark Store Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our dark store, managing inventory, and overseeing order fulfillment to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

**What We Desire from You**

Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce operations or logistics, preferably within the ecommerce sector.

**Skills**:

- Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and accuracy of orders.
- Coordinate the fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and address any operational issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize order flow and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
