**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, recording vital signs and addressing any issues that arise.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance of dialysis equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on post-dialysis care and dietary recommendations.
- Collaborate with nurses, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and complications during dialysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation of dialysis treatments and patient records.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with advancements in dialysis technology and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician.
- Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment and understanding dialysis procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring patients and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
