1 To ensure production under strict safety norms and security norms.
2 Should be able to understand Production Drawings, processes, specifications of complex defence products and give related instructions to work man.
3. Should have understanding of paint technology and experience in the domain.
4 Responsible for making various system entries for Inspection, Maintenance, Transportation etc. which a sound knowledge of system.
5 Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per Concerto in the shift.
6 Able to work in all the three shifts by rotation and should be able to lead the team working along.
7 Should have exposure to fabrication & welding processes, cutting, bending, raw material processes.
8 Leadership skills
9 Able to work with people, should have good communication skills
- written & verbal.
10 Confident & Self motivated.
