**Need Supervisor for a Renowned company**

**Functional Responsibilities: -**:

- Managing a team of 3 to 4 executives in converting leads
- Ensuring process compliance
- Attending the company generated service requirement leads
- Supervising the leads, attend & solve customer queries
- Developing best new quality painting contractors to work on these leads and maintaining relationship
with existing XP Painting Contractors
- Explain about Berger products to potential customers/contractors and convince them to purchase Berger.

**Education Qualification: -** Post graduate/Graduate from any background.

**Location**: Kolkata, Barasat, North 24 pgs.

**Required Experience/Skills: -**:

- Interpersonal skills, Convincing Skills, Communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of sales in paints and building material industry is an added advantage
Paints/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Urban Company/ Livespace/ Homelane/ Aapkapainter/ Cements/ Electricals/
Pipes/ Hardware
- Ready to travel within city and having two-wheeler along with driving license is mandatory

**Experienced & Freshers both can also apply.**

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,748.35 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata - 700017, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
