**Sales Executive - 2-Wheeler (Jawa Showroom) [Female Preferred]**

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Prabhat Square
**Department**: Sales
**Reports to**: Showroom Manager

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement & Sales**:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Jawa motorcycles based on their needs.
- Provide detailed information about the features, specifications, and benefits of Jawa motorcycles.
- Conduct test drives and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of all Jawa models, features, and offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches, accessories, and promotions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge effectively to customers, answering any queries they may have.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide exceptional customer service from the first interaction to post-purchase follow-ups.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth and satisfying buying experience.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
- Assist in managing showroom inventory and maintaining display areas.
- Prepare sales reports and track individual performance.
- **Promotions & Events**:

- Participate in sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and events to increase showroom visibility.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve showroom engagement and attract potential customers.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective sales targets and showroom goals.
- Ensure the showroom environment is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales (preferably in the automotive, two-wheeler, or retail industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles and two-wheeler features is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High School diploma (Undergraduate degree preferred).
