Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote the organization's brand, products, or services.
- Create compelling and engaging written content for various social media platforms, including posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the performance of content and campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Skills:

- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and concise content.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific requirements and best practices.
- Understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize content strategies.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the audience and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple social media accounts and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
