**Salary**: 15000 to 20000 Per Month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily farm activities including planting, irrigation, harvesting, and maintenance
- Coordinate with farm workers and assign tasks effectively
- Monitor crop health and recommend pest and disease control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records of crop progress, labor, and resource usage
- Report to farm manager with updates and improvements**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in agriculture
- Strong knowledge of farming equipment and crop management
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and flexible hours as needed**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with modern agricultural techniques and tools
- Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping
- Experience with irrigation systems, pest control, and soil management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
