Position: Customer Care Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Whether you're a fresher or an experienced professional, if you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply. Both undergraduates and graduates are eligible for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
- Process orders and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve queries promptly via calls or chat.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Willingness to relocate to Jaipur within 3 to 4 days of selection.
- 10k relocation bonus after 90 days.
