**About you experience, education, skills, and accomplishments**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design.
- 3+ years of experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**What will you be doing in this role**:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create and deliver user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Conduct data-based user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature sets.
- Comfortable operating in a virtual design center of excellence where you share your work, are open to feedback and contribute back to the community to help grow the team expertise.

**Work hours**: 8hrs a day(Monday - friday), the time would overlap would different time Zones (US/UK)
