
Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on important tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required by the executive team.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
