Job Title**:Sales Coordinator cum Data Analyst**

Department: Sales & Marketing

Industry: FMCG (Namkeen, Bakery, Bread Division)

Reporting to MD

**Job Purpose**:
To provide end-to-end coordination between the sales team, distributors, and internal departments. Responsible for analyzing sales data, generating performance reports, and supporting strategic decisions to improve market reach and sales effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers (SO), and Distributors for order processing and dispatch planning.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking sheets.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by providing timely support to field teams.
- Handle customer/distributor queries and ensure smooth after-sales service coordination.
- Collaborate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for order fulfillment.
- Monitor credit limits and outstanding payments with the accounts team

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare sales performance dashboards, product-wise and region-wise analysis reports.
- Analyze distributor-wise primary and secondary sales trends.
- Support the sales team with data for forecasting, promotions, and target setting.
- Identify sales gaps, slow-moving SKUs, and suggest corrective actions.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP/Sales CRM tools (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of the FMCG distribution model is a plus
