Solution Architect

**Your Role**

Architects are responsible for communicating overall architecture vision, technical strategies, and trade-offs across various levels in the organization to gain buy-in. In addition, the Solution Architect will provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies.

**A Day in the Life**
- Develop solutions architectures, and provide technical leadership for proposals and strategic pursuits as well as create content and contribute to the writing and assessments of proposals
- Develop technical approach and proposal plans, including scheduling of tasks, and processes, and identifying critical resources, to turn the solution into a successful proposal
- Develop and write technical responses to Requests for Proposals and Quotes (RFPs and RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of Innovaccer’s products, services, and capabilities
- Demonstrates awareness and understanding of security, performance, scalability, reliability, and feasibility in solution design
- Write, edit, and review technical proposal content, consolidating, rationalizing and incorporating reviewer/technical expert edits and developing basis of estimate (BOE) to support pricing team
- Review solicitation documents to understand scope of work and customer needs to develop an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the solicitation response
- Develop and identify reusable solution content and branding of frameworks and methodologies for proposals and presentations, proof-of-concept (PoC) and Case Studies
- Lead/guide Technology professionals (supporting customer projects) in the development of complex solutions and new service offerings
- Support capture strategy development through technical leadership, including the creation and marketing of discriminating value propositions
- Support all aspects of the new business development life-cycle with innovative technical ideas, reviews and discussions
- Participate in technical proposal content reviews and make recommendations for content improvement and/or compliance
- Able to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical specialists in order to architect solutions to known business problems and use cases
- Ability to effectively influence teams and authors; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel (executive to entry level).
- Ability to project a confident leadership image to peers, subordinates, and executive management, while inspiring enthusiasm and creative thinking among technical staff.
- Understand the client's requirements and develop the holistic solution and proposal that puts Innovaccer in the best position to win

**What You Need**
- 8+ years experience as a leading and developing winning Request for Proposal responses to State and Local government Medicaid and/or Health care Must have demonstrated experience leading technical volumes which resulted in significant contract wins.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions, including AWS and/or Azure
- Proven technical solutioning experience with current and emerging technologies including, but not limited to: DevSecOps, Cloud, Data Analytics/AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Shared Services, and Managed Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external organizations.
- Demonstrates strong business partner relationships and vendor management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several proposals, projects, or priorities simultaneously.
- Experience engaging in business development and capture efforts
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
