Front Desk Receptionist

**Position: Front Office Executive / Receptionist**

Location: Tinsukia. Aditya School Of Banking.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-organized Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our coaching institute. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors — making their experience pleasant and professional right from the start.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Welcome students, parents, and guests warmly and guide them to the right department or faculty.

Provide accurate information about our courses, batches, timings, and fees.

Support the admission process — from inquiry to enrollment.

Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, and daily attendance.

Assist in fee collection, receipts, and maintaining front-desk reports.

Coordinate with faculty and admin staff for smooth daily operations.

Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Who We’re Looking For:
**Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)**

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Confident with computers (MS Office / Google Sheets).

Polite, patient, and good at managing people.

Prior experience in a coaching or educational setup is a plus.
