**Position Title**: US Recruiter (Internal Hiring)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift
**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Free Meals + Medical Insurance + Pick-and-Drop Facility
**Workdays**: Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Recruitment**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Develop strategies to attract top talent while maintaining diversity and inclusivity.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
