- Quarterly and Annual Review and Preparation of Financials to include Operating Expenses reviews and balance sheet substantiation.
- Maintenance and Reconciliation of **Fixed Asset Register **and Fixed Assets schedule (IGAAP vs IFRS) and according to Income Tax Act and Companies Act
- ** Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger** reconciliations and substantiation
- ** Ensure SEZ, FEMA, MSME, XBRL, RBI and TDS related Compliances**:

- ** Liaise with Auditors** - internal and external and demonstrate governance and controls.
- Management of operating expenses, statutory payments, travel and employee expenses etc.
- Liaison with banks, tax authorities and consultants for reporting and compliance matters

**Job Requirements**

- Qualified CA with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in **accounting and financial reporting.**
- Knowledge of
- **SEZ regulations** would be preferable
- Strong inter-personal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and with external agencies.
- Strong MS Excel skills
