Junior Architect

We are hiring for a Male Junior Architect (Diploma) for Abhayam Architects.

**Skills**:Autocad, Revit, All 2-D Designs and 3-D modelling like Sketchup, 3D max etc.
- Managing processes relating to the project's design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget.
- Reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the organizations brief.
- Assisting in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with Client, Project Manager, Design Managers and consultants.
- Participating in design meetings and providing continual input to optimize design.
- Evaluating and motivating designers toward continued growth. and leading design solutions.
- Encouraging and inspiring design consultants to produce their best work.

- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimating costs.

- Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement.

- Reviewing and analyzing all contractors and sub-contractors construction bids, tenders, work scope and schedule.
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from design conception until completion.
- Negotiating terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
- Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
- Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design.
- Managing and maintaining record keeping of original artwork files and all projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
