Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Team Member

**Job Description**:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Food and Beverage Service Team Members. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and fulfilling special requests.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations, following proper procedures for handling and storing food items.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in India.
