**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote the company’s services and brand.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with regular posts, ads, and engagement.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for creation of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc., and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to understand project needs and client demographics.
- Support in organizing exhibitions, events, or promotional activities.
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Tamil is a plus).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in the architecture, interior design, or real estate industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Video editing basics for reels and short promotional videos.
