**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Performing microbiological analyses on samples collected from food processing facilities
to evaluate food safety requirements. (Food, Water and environment samples)

To conduct analysis on various microbiological activities on a regular basis.

Perform laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization.

Perform tests on component samples, identify any contamination, conduct an analysis
and initiate corrective measures.

Develop and maintain validation in all protocols for various environmental controls.

Perform tests on all incoming ingredients and document all records.

Investigate all issues and prevent any GMP problems on samples.

Maintain purchase orders for all laboratory processes and monitor inventory.

To ensure that all audit actions that arise in the area of work are actioned within the time

frame laid out by the Quality Manager.

Plant Hygiene auditor and maintained the hygiene condition for all the areas.

Analysis of raw water and treated water for both chemical and Microbiological
parameters.

Checked for validations of media and maintaining reference standard cultures

Calibration and maintenance of equipment’s used for analysis.

**JOB REQUIRED**:

- Degree in B. Sc., / M. Sc., Microbiology (Essential)
- 1+ years of Food Industrial experience as a Microbiologist (Essential).
- Proficient in methods and practices of microbiological analysis.
